At EIRA Publisher – Excellence in International Research & Academia Publisher, we are committed to advancing open-access publishing. All articles published with us are freely accessible to the global academic community, ensuring unrestricted sharing of knowledge. To sustain high-quality editorial and publishing services, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) once their manuscript is accepted for publication. This fee supports peer review, editorial handling, digital archiving, and online hosting.

1. Standard Processing Fee

  • For Indian Authors: ₹1500 INR
  • For International Authors: $25 USD

The standard processing fee covers the complete review and publication cycle, including peer review, formatting, indexing, and permanent online hosting. Articles are processed according to the regular review timeline to ensure thorough evaluation and academic integrity.

2. Fast-Track Processing Fee

  • For Indian Authors: ₹2500 INR
  • For International Authors: $40 USD

Authors who require accelerated publication may opt for the fast-track process. This option ensures priority handling, an expedited peer review, and early online availability of the article without compromising editorial quality.

3. Payment Guidelines

  • The processing fee is payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.
  • Authors will receive detailed payment instructions with the acceptance email.
  • Fees cover editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, DOI assignment, and online hosting.
  • Payment of the fee does not influence the editorial decision, which is based solely on scholarly merit.

4. Waivers and Discounts

EIRA Publisher is committed to supporting equitable access to publishing opportunities. Partial waivers or discounts may be considered for:

  • Authors from low-income or developing countries.
  • Researchers without institutional or grant funding.
  • Special cases approved at the discretion of the editorial board.

Requests for waivers must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Transparency and Ethical Standards

We maintain full transparency regarding publication costs. APCs are charged solely to cover publication services and ensure permanent access to scholarly content. No additional or hidden charges apply.
