Author Guidelines – EIRA Publisher

Updated Submission Requirements & Editorial Standards

1. Language

Only manuscripts written in English will be considered for review and publication.

2. Page Format

Submit your manuscript in MS Word (A4 size) following the required formatting guidelines.

3. Manuscript Title

Title must be concise, specific, and reflective of the study content.

4. Author Information

  • Full name
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Corresponding author must be clearly identified.

5. Abstract & Keywords

  • Abstract ≤ 300 words
  • Provide up to 7 keywords
  • Acronyms must be explained on first use

6. Manuscript Structure

  • Introduction: Purpose, background, significance.
  • Materials & Methods: Study design, procedures, data analysis.
  • Results & Discussion: Findings, tables, figures, limitations.
  • Acknowledgments: Funding and contributions.
  • References: APA style.

7. Publication Fee

Fee is applicable upon acceptance to support editorial processing & hosting.

8. Proofreading & Publication

  • Proofs are sent to corresponding author before publication.
  • Carefully check formatting and accuracy.
  • Final publication after approval.

9. Important Notes

  • Manuscripts not meeting guidelines will be returned.
  • Review submission policies before preparing manuscripts.
