Author Guidelines – EIRA Publisher

EIRA Publisher welcomes original research contributions from scholars, researchers, and professionals worldwide. Authors must follow the manuscript preparation guidelines outlined below to ensure consistency, clarity, and academic quality throughout the submission and review process.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Use A4 page size, 1.5 line spacing, and standard margins.
  • Recommended font: Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Pages should be numbered consecutively.

2. Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize manuscripts in the following structure:

  • Title: Concise and descriptive.
  • Author Information: Full names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author email.
  • Abstract: Maximum 300 words summarizing the study objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 4–7 keywords relevant to the research topic.
  • Introduction: Background, research problem, and objectives.
  • Methodology: Detailed explanation of research methods and procedures.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings and interpret results.
  • Conclusion: Summarize key contributions and implications.
  • Acknowledgments: Funding sources or supporting institutions.
  • References: Use APA citation style unless otherwise specified.

3. Tables and Figures

  • All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.
  • Provide clear captions and titles for each table and figure.
  • Figures should be high-resolution and clearly readable.
  • Sources must be cited if figures or tables are adapted from other works.

4. Citation and Referencing

  • References must follow the APA citation style.
  • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list.
  • Authors should ensure that references are accurate and complete.
  • Where possible, include DOI numbers for cited publications.

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts must be original and not previously published.
  • Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is not permitted.
  • Authors must comply with the journal’s plagiarism policy.
  • Research involving human or animal subjects must follow ethical standards.

6. Submission Process

Authors may submit manuscripts through the journal submission system or via the official editorial email.

  • Include the manuscript file and author details.
  • Clearly mention the journal title during submission.
  • The editorial office will confirm receipt of the manuscript.

7. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial evaluation and academic quality.

  • Manuscripts are reviewed by qualified subject experts.
  • Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments.

8. Publication and Copyright

9. Article Processing Charges

EIRA Publisher follows an open-access publishing model supported by article processing charges after acceptance.

  • Indian Authors: ₹5,000 INR
  • International Authors: $80 USD
