Author Guidelines – EIRA Publisher

EIRA Publisher welcomes high-quality original research papers, reviews, and case studies from all fields of study. To maintain consistency, authors are required to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Language

Only manuscripts written in English will be considered for review and publication. Authors are encouraged to ensure clarity, accuracy, and correct grammar before submission.

2. Page Format

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (A4 size) with margins of 1 inch on all sides.
  • The main text should be typed in Times New Roman, size 12, single-column format.
  • Line spacing: single-spaced, with one space between references and tables.
  • Tables and figures should be inserted directly into the text in the order they are cited.
  • The maximum length of a manuscript is 30 pages; additional pages may incur extra charges.

3. Manuscript Title

The title must be concise, specific, and informative, accurately reflecting the study’s content.

4. Author Information

Provide the following details for all authors:

  • Full name
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Clearly identify the corresponding author, who will be responsible for communication during the review and publication process.

5. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must not exceed 300 words and should present the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions in a concise manner.
  • Following the abstract, provide up to seven keywords for indexing and discoverability.
  • Acronyms should be spelled out on first use unless widely recognized.

6. Structure of the Manuscript

  • Introduction: Define the background, significance, and objectives of the study clearly.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe the study design, procedures, data collection, and analytical methods in sufficient detail to allow reproducibility.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings logically, supported by figures and tables where appropriate. Discuss the implications, comparisons with prior research, and limitations. Results and discussion may be combined or separated.
  • Acknowledgments: Mention funding sources, institutional support, or contributions from individuals not listed as authors.
  • References: List references in the order cited, following APA style:
    • Single author: (Rahul, S., 2018)
    • Multiple authors: (Rahul et al., 2018)

7. Publication Fee

Once accepted, authors are required to pay a publication fee to cover peer review, editorial processing, and online hosting.

8. Proofreading and Publication

  • Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author prior to final publication.
  • Authors must carefully review the proof for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
  • After approval, the article will be published in the respective journal issue.

9. Important Notes

  • Manuscripts not prepared according to these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to review.
  • Authors are strongly encouraged to consult the submission policies of EIRA Publisher before preparing and submitting their manuscripts.
